Questions & answers

A little clarity before we start.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work alongside our existing IT team?

Yes. The scope can complement your internal team or service provider. We agree responsibilities, tooling, escalation routes and reporting before work begins.

Can we start with a single project?

Yes. A site visit, rollout, audit or infrastructure project can be a sensible starting point. Ongoing support is a separate conversation based on your needs.

Do you offer out-of-hours support?

Yes. Evening, weekend and extended-hours work is scoped the same way as standard hours: we agree the window, required skills and response target with you before the engagement starts, rather than applying a fixed out-of-hours rate card.

Which locations can you support?

We're based in London and work across the UK as standard. Tell us the country, city and site count in your enquiry and we'll confirm engineer availability and travel lead times before anything is booked — including for single-site visits well outside London.

How do you price an engagement?

There's no published rate card, because the cost drivers genuinely vary: site count, engineer skill level, working hours and equipment move the number more than the service category does. Use the service finder for an indicative brief, then we'll turn that into a fixed-scope quote before any work is booked.

What will we receive at handover?

A written pack agreed with you at scoping, not a verbal sign-off. Depending on the service this typically means installation evidence and photos, updated asset records, patch and cable schedules, test/certification results, a completion report and a log of anything left open.
