Checklist

Is your site ready for an engineer?

The practical checks that prevent a planned visit becoming a waiting day.

Work through this before the engineer's visit is confirmed — it catches most of the delays we see on day one. Tick items as you go; your progress stays in this browser only.

Access comes first

Confirm the address, named contact, arrival window, identification requirements and escort arrangements. Check that access covers the entire activity, including any rollback.

Put equipment and information in place

Verify hardware, cables and accessories onsite. A delivery confirmation is not the same as checking the contents. Share the approved scope before the visit.

Define a successful visit

Agree the completion checks and identify who can approve changes if the site differs from the plan. Keep escalation contacts available throughout the window.
